Gain of 10….loss of 5…Starting over yet again!
Wow, I didn’t come on here for a month and gained 10 pounds!!!! How come it is sooooo easy to gain weight, but Soooooo hard to loose it!?!?!? Well I went back to weight watchers last friday (3/20) and weighed in at 205. On 3-27 I weighed in at 200. So I’m doing good so far. I’m strugling and it’s only week 2 back on the wagon!!! I have to get that inner stregnth back….I want this so bad! I don’t get why I keep sabatoging myself? Is it bordom? Laziness? I don’t get why I keep doing this to myself. I start off so great then poof I quit. ok I’m done rambling!

ITS OKAY - not - IVE BEEN HERE, we all yo-yo. It really is mind over matter here - im saying is get ur attitude right, give ur self a chance to build in good habits in to ur body. You kno what I mean dont u - we get in to the habit of eating junk food, we need to get in to the habit of healthy living. Set 3 simple goals, i.e. walk every day, eat 3 peices of fruit & stick on to them for 3 wks before adding more… even if u eat junk food - fall of the wagon still do the 3 basic goals… in the end u will win, ur new behaviour will set in - u will loose pounds !

Eventually things start to seem more clear to us all.
The key for me is just relaxing with myself and doing more often more of the good things that will help get me to my supposed goal weight. Good whole foods and exercise and Relaxation.
