First Gain!

Well as predicted I gained this week!  One pound, but hey that’s ok!  I am sticking with it!  My wonderful group the “WONDER WOMEN” have three challenges this week, water, 120 exercise, and to eat one fruit and veg. a day.  Well I’m 2 for three, been getting my water and veggies, but no exercise.

ok, now I’m going to make an excuse for that! lol I have just felt really blah lately……TRANSLATION……I’M LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I’m tired of the workout videos!!!  Good news though I am getting my eliptical machiene back from my friend in a week!  I love that thing, and so happy to have it back!  Only bad thing is that I have to take her to dinner and I’m broke!  (she took me to dinner when I left it at her house).  But it will be worth it.

My group was talking about making some kind of poster or sign to inspire us (individualy at our homes).  Has anyone else done this kind of thing?  If so what did you put on yours?

Ahhhh it’s maybe just water gain?????

Anj, my girl Anj has a thinspirational wall. It has a bunch of good stuff on it to keep her motivated.

I don’t have anything like that - just taking one look at my skinny BF is all I need.

You are doing a great job despite the gain! Glad you are getting your EM back.

The poster is a good idea. I’ve not done one but it sounds like a plan. You can even change it to suit your goals. Like this weeks could say “Just do 20 minutes a day!”.

I was being really bad about exercise and just started (thanks to Michelle, a fellow buddy) and it’s been going great now. You just have to push yourself for the first few days and make that commitment, then you just get used to that fact that you are going to do it…it’s part of your day!

    Good Luck!

Anytime you see something…a picture…a quote…print it out and hang it up. Like Nancy said, Anj and her Thinspiration Wall.
    Have fun!! :)

I’d be happy with a one pound gain as long as it didn’t go over that one pound. I too love the eliptical I remember I couldn’t even do 10 min. on it when I started exercising now I have to do an hour or I don’t feel complete lol…

Love the gun at the scale! Too funny.

All the best with your week and I know you have let go of that one pound gain by just relaxing, forgetting about it and getting on to the good things on your plan. Have a good one ;)
