Superbowl Party = Weight Gain

Just got home from a superbowl party, and let me tell you I am FULL!!!  WAY too full!!!  I totaly fell off the wagon.  The only good thing I did was not drink.  Other then that, I felt like a garbage disposal.  I am trying to figure out why when I start I can’t STOP!!!  Well I’m sure I can, but I don’t stop soon enough!

It’s like I never think I can have pizza again, so I shove it in.  I’m never going to have chips again, so I shove them in, and keep going!  UHHH, I feel so gross and disgusting!!!  I am not proud of myself right now.  I am not looking foward to weighing in tomorrow….

I can totally relate to the binge eating. Usually I figure I’ve blown it anyway, so what the heck? Might as well mess up BIG for the maximum instant gratification. BUT don’t let yourself fall into that guilt trap. How many times a year do you get to go to a Super bowl party? Once. So put it behind you and start over tomorrow :)

Girl, that is the reason why I chose to stay home. I couldn’t do it. An apple taste not so sweet next to some fatty yummy food.

Hey, tomorrow is a new day! You will be alright hon. :) Good luck at weigh in.

It’s Monday. We’ll just start over again. No use crying over spilled milk, right?

yes I can totally relate to the thinking i can never have them again (we really shouldn’t) so I shove them in in a fit of rage lol. After my last little binge fest I call or rather the night that wasn’t so pretty I’ve decided to do a movie night once a month with my little sister. That day will be my day off from counting calories and diet foods. I’m still going to measure servings but I’m not going to count the calories and I’m going to eat the things I want to. That way I do it in moderation and I know I’ll get to eat them again plus it keeps me going through the month knowing I’ll get that one day. Try something like this it may be something you need or like.
